Internet friends, have you heard of grad school? It’s a government trick to raze your spirits, steal all of your money, and slaughter whatever mental capacity you may have once had. Since I’m still finishing up finals, I figured I needed to at least carve out time to post some uplifting images. Here’s what uplifts me lately:
[Release ’em.]
[Well done, Chromat]
[Damn you, Loeffer Randall.]
[It’s Not You. It’s Me. Andrew Kreps Gallery. That appears to be an Edelson on the left.]
[Michael Horse on the set of Twin Peaks]
Oh, wow, my eyes are going to orgasm looking at that DNA pic…
Right? Arto Lindsey invented nerd-hot.
Of all the grad students I’ve encountered, you seem to be doing the best job of maintaining a real life. I didn’t. Your way is better.
Why, thank you. I try to, you know, not be a hermit.
I feel like I devolve into self-congratulatory academic from time to time, though.
Is grad school like college? (Sorry for my ignorance about the educational system thingy.)
Good luck with your finals! 😀 I feel your pain; my last exam is tomorrow.
Also, that androgynous woman in the Starwood Club photo is amazing.
It’s like post-college college. And no worries, I actually didn’t know what grad school was (like the difference between a BA, MA, and PhD) until I was 18 or so and someone explained it to me when I was applying to universities.
What about you? Done with school? University plans?
Oh, cool. All this college stuff seems confusing. 😛
I’m finally finished with school, which is one of the happiest moments of my life. 😀 I’m hoping to go to university and study creative writing or film studies. Hopefully I’ll get enough points in my exams to study one of them.
