Noisegasm: Mögel
Last night, a friend of a friend hooked me up with the complete(?) recordings of all-female svenskt muskikgrupp Mögel.
I am seriously digging these zigzag rhythms and delightfully atonal Swedish vocals. Check out their S/T EP from 1981:

DOOD. That Icelandic shit is really cool. I lived in Iceland for awhile, and tried to learn about the early scene, but have never even heard of that group. Thank you, thank you!

I was kind of hoping that Mögul were going to be a death metal band from a Swiss ski village, but I’ll take this – it’s great stuff, and I’d never heard of them.
