ALWAYS down for some SF love, I’m here to convince you to start listening to the strange and wonderful music of Pink Section. Formed in San Francisco in 1979, the short-lived art-punk act created DIY dance songs for weirdos. The two female members later went on to form Inflatable Boy Clams– a perhaps even more bizarre no-fi project that I also love.
