Arts Bombast: Valerie Phillips

Photographer (and skateboarder) Valerie Phillips does the whole “unruly youth” thing right… as in, check out the amazing photo of PJ Harvey. I’m digging the attitude in these photos. Sure, it’s ALL teenage girl moodiness, but Phillips OWNS that style.

I already have way too many art books on my coffee table, but I feel like ONE MORE (this one!) might be worth it:
